We have a dedicated QA person and quality assurance testing is a standard part
of our software process. We utilize a web based bug tracking system to both
record internal bugs from our QA testing and to provide our customers with a
means of reporting issues from the production web site. The tracking system
provides reports on issues being reported in our bug tracking system. Under a
purchased support plan, we maintain an offline mirror of your website on our
server for testing purposes while the plan is in effect.
