All Night I.T. will give a partial refund to any customers who feel that their services were not performed to the standard given to them in the invoice or proposal of work to be completed. ANI will not give any refunds on the basis of placement or specific marketing awareness online. For detailed information on this procedure please refer to the license agreement signed at the beginning of the campaign.

If at any time during the service agreement you become unsatisfied with our efforts you may request that your account be terminated by submitting it in writing 30 days prior to the date you wish to terminate services with ANI.

ANI will not make any claim to any given number or placement ranking on google, yahoo, or any other search engine on the Internet or World Wide Web.
